Profile Page Ads

The .jobs Universe consists of tens of thousands of highly optimized Profile Pages which serve as relevant job seeker entry points and can be general like Texas.jobs or provide a hyper-local approach like Dallas.jobs or Houston.jobs. The variety of these pages also provides hyper-niche entry points to the universe with domains like Engineering.jobs or Nursing.jobs.

Since the Profile Page is typically the first entry point for job seeker into the .jobs universe, this creates prime real estate for hiring companies to target their message to this extremely relevant audience. There are six advertising slots available on each page which can be filled with two ad types: Branding and Smart.

Branding Ads allow organizations to brand themselves as an employer of choice or feature a difficult-to-fill position. For example, IBM may feature its logo or perhaps a Senior Field Engineer position they must fill quickly. (A)

Smart Ads display your company branding along with your relevant jobs or locations in that targeted domain. For example on Engineering.jobs, IBM would have it's smart ad display their relevant engineering openings targeted to those visiting that domain. (B)

Ad Takeover provides hiring companies with the ability to buy multiple Profile Page ad slots, on the same page, which increases the promotional real estate and provides an opportunity to edge out the competition. (C)

* Advertising space is very limited on Profile Pages and will likely sell out quickly, so keep this in mind when planning your strategy.

Search Results Ads

Companies that wish to target talent more specifically through relevant keyword, occupation and/or locations can choose Search Results Ads. All ads are placed in equal rotation to the assigned keyword, occupation or geography at the top of each results page.

For example, a company can choose a single term such as Engineering, and then select five different metro locations where they need to hire candidates to place their ads. For example:

TERM: Engineering
LOCATIONS: Chicago.jobs NewYork.jobs Seattle.jobs SanDiego.jobs Tampa.jobs

There are two types: 300 x 100 (A) and Leaderboard (B).
