Frustrations of a job seeker

When I was actively seeking a job, there were several hurdles I faced. One was the "black h***." In other words submitting a resume online to a company via a job board or company career site and then never receiving a response.

What are some of the other pain points that you have experienced? Do you have any tips for those who are still going through the same issues now?

Everyone wants experience. How am I supposed to get it if no one will give me the change?
