(Sometimes users may consider using forums to solicit quick feedback or share a brief thought- see the forums section for more info) Blogs can by used by members in a variety of ways – here are some examples:

Employers – Share your inside scoop on what it takes for job seekers to get noticed in this competitive environment, or things to avoid in an interview.

Job Seekers – Submit blogs to share your experience, thoughts and lessons learned with fellow community members. Writing blogs in the universe.jobs community is also a great way to illustrate strong writing skills and industry knowledge.

Forums are split into four categories: Job Seeker, Recruiter, Help Center and Uncategorized.  Forums are great way to ask for advice, get feedback or help others.

Employers – Provide insight, advise, questions and more from a recruiting or talent acquisition professional.

Job Seekers - Use forums to ask questions, share concerns or experiences from a job seeker perspective.
